A California investment solutions company wanted to reward their top 30 sales reps with a local trip to the city of San Diego. The challenge would be to create an experience that they wouldn’t be able to do on their own.
Winspire proposed an All-American Stars & Stripes program that kicked off with guests enjoying a pedal wagon tour of Downtown San Diego, stopping at several local joints before ending Ballast Point Brewery for a reception and chance to taste any of the 25 brews on tap. The following day attendees had the option to enjoy a day at the beach - fully set with umbrellas, beach games and coolers stocked to the brim. After a light lunch guests were invited to sail The Stars & Stripes USA-11 America's Cup Racing Yacht. Guests assisted the crew to work the sails and get behind the helm for their turn as captain. Finally guests enjoyed a private dinner with gorgeous views of the city skyline at one of the top restaurants the city has to offer.
